Cancellation Policy

To help us stay on time and deliver great service to every client, please review our booking terms: The one-time deep clean fee is charged today. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your cleaning, before service begins. If this is your first time booking with us, your one-time deep clean fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund of this fee. If you’re already a recurring client and have completed a deep clean with us, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a flat $25 late cancellation fee.
